A REFLECTIVE PRACTICE / WITH MAÏA
A moment to pause.
A space to
get inspired.
I like to invite YOU to a short, reflective practice to get inspired.
Music, breath and three images. Around six minutes, at your own pace.
Let’s Go!SETTLE IN
Let the music
make some space.
Inspiration can begin with imagery, thoughts, music and the emotions they evoke. Find a comfortable place and take a little time for yourself.

“The Waltz Goes On”, composed by Anthony Hopkins, performed by André Rieu and his Johann Strauss Orchestra. The video from Maïa’s original practice.

- Get comfortable. Sit in a relaxing position with both feet on the surface.
- Start the music. Once it begins, close your eyes and breathe slowly: three counts in, three counts out.
- Repeat three times. Gently connect with yourself and allow the music to sink in.
- Open your eyes. When you’re ready, explore the images below.

Choose your first image: where you are now.
Your image choices stay on this page. They are not sent or saved, and clear when you leave or refresh.
Your three images.
